It is a excellent hotel with excellent service of process. It is located on a very quiet street. Very helpful and friendly staff. The water in the sea however is very shallow and not worthy for swimming. Internet is available in the room, withal quite expensive and should be included in the roomrate of a 4 star topology hotel renaissance.

the number of service in all areas of the hotel was excellent. We have gone extensively through europe and this standard of service is up there with the best i have seen.

if i ever return to koh samui, i would not think to stay on any place else. keep up the fantastic work.
